Ever since coming onto this forum and 3000+ posts later I’ve been telling and arguing with people over and over again how close Spanish and Italian are and that they should learn Spanish if they can’t get Italian etc. etc. It’s only common sence. … Every single Italian native speaker here in California I’ve ever met speaks Spanish . Funny how on top of vocabulary you also mentioned that the Spanish grammar helped your learning of Italian grammar. …
